PECTORAL FIN PROPULSION.
With the Wiggle Drive connected to Pectoral fins it is possible to run forward and backward. This makes it possible to manoeuvre the robot fish or turtle very well.

This is a way to with one 2Channel R/C receiver it is possible to operate 4 micro switches reversing the Wiggle Drive running forward and backward.

I have done a video of the test to se how the scull drive works when you need to maneuver the boat.
